How to count number of characters in EditText while typing in android ?

•     Add the following code to res/layout/activity_main.xml.

            textView.setText(convert);

         @Override
         public void onTextChanged(CharSequence s, int start, int before, int count) {

•    Add the following code to androidManifest.xml
